ICEF opens first office in the Middle East

BONN, Germany - Sept. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- 13 August 2013

This week ICEF CEO Markus Badde visited Lebanon to open ICEF’s first office in the Middle East. The office in Beirut will serve as a base for ICEF’s operations in the region and will give clients in the Middle East and North Africa easier access to ICEF products and services.

"We are very pleased to open a new office in Beirut. It will service the promising Middle East market which has a huge potential for further development. With ICEF staff on the ground in this region we can be even closer to our agents and monitor market trends as they unfold" said Mr. Badde at the opening of the office.

ICEF’s Dubai Workshop has, since the inaugural event in 2006, continued to grow and expand, reflecting both the buoyancy and strength of this student market.

The Beirut office will be lead by Agent Relations & Business Development Manager, Nabil Najd. "After two years of servicing Middle Eastern education agencies from Berlin, I am delighted to now work at our new office here in Beirut. This will allow me to be closer to my clients, not only in this immediate area but also in the Gulf countries and North Africa. Being in the same time zone and only a short flight away is definitely very beneficial. In addition to working with agents, I will also have the opportunity of developing relationships with education institutions all over the Middle East" he said.
