The goal is for participants to explore the various aspects of their body, mind, emotions and spiritual leanings in order to develop tools and gain knowledge of how to impact, in a positive way, their health - both physically and emotionally.
This program is made possible by a generous donation from the Chrystine M. Sullivan Foundation. Kathleen Armany, R.N., will facilitate the program as she has a number of times in the past. Kathleen was trained at the Stillpoint School of Integrated Life Healing to become certified in this program . She is also certified through The Center for Mind Body Medicine as a Cancer Guide and has extensive experience leading support groups for people diagnosed with cancer.
