Glasgow Interactive Requested To Expand ILA Training Course

GLASGOW, UK, September 2013 – Earlier this year Glasgow Interactive partnered with Skills Development Scotland, resulting in the company becoming ILA approved. Individual Learning Accounts (ILA’s) are for people aged sixteen or over who currently reside in Scotland and wish to gain new skills and experiences with the help of Government support.

This accreditation allowed Glasgow Interactive to offer their candidates a chance to start an entirely new career, or learn the skills that will help them further their career in their desired path.

Due to this summer’s success Glasgow Interactive have received a request to increase the amount of courses they run to include a call centre training course and a customer service training course.

ILA offers a wide range of courses including sales techniques, marketing and customer services and these are the areas that Glasgow Interactive offer extensive, in house training in, from expert’s in these fields. The course involves fun, interactive learning over a period of five days which greatly builds the candidates confidence and skill base, and sets them up for the world of work.

Glasgow Interactive Managing Director Gilles Baudet believes in offering opportunities for individuals to build strong foundations. “These foundations will set them up and hopefully benefit them greatly in their future careers,” commented Baudet. “We are pleased that the positive feedback from ILA has resulted in an expansion request, what a result.”
