Seametrics Inc. Hosts 2013 Distributor Meeting

KENT, Wash. - Sept. 17, 2013 - PRLog -- Seametrics Inc. hosted its 2013 Distributor Meeting at Seattle’s Museum of Flight on September 11-13.  Distributors from across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Thailand, and Japan were in attendance.  Following a tour at the Seametrics factory, new Seametrics CEO Mike Yitref started the event by sharing the vision and mission for the company.  His presentation was followed by those of key company leadership highlighting innovations in Engineering, Quality Management, and an overhaul of the Seametrics ERP system.

Guest speaker, Dr. Robert Lagrange, well-known ISA and WEFTEC speaker, gave a presentation to the group, Understanding the Water/Wastewater Industry and How to Win in This Competitive Market.

The meeting finished with a presentation of new products being released, including the iMAG-Series, an NSF-certified and IP68-rated magmeter which incorporates the EcoFloMAG technology platform newly released by Seametrics engineers.

Awards were presented to outstanding distributors in the following areas:  Exceptional New Distributor (Detroit Pump, Michigan); Best Technical Support & Training Partner (Furrow Pump, Oregon); Highest Sales Growth (Pumps of Oklahoma); Exceptional Marketing (Dewco Pumps, Colorado); and Distributor Salesperson of the Year for 2013 (Buddy Hawkins, Hawkins & Associates, Georgia).  An award of appreciation was presented to Curt Burnett, Chairman of the Board and former CEO.
