Taste of Africa 2013

WHO: Garden of Eden Productions (GOE) is a collaborative group of professionals with an assortment of skills, experience, and love of African culture.

WHAT: Taste of Africa isa culturally diverse food, wine and arts festival. Attendees will have the opportunity to taste wines and foods primarily from the African Diaspora, view collections of African art, enjoy African fashion, and be entertained by the guest DJs spinning World, Ol’ Skool, Rare Grooves, House and Afro-beats.

WHEN: Saturday, September 21, 2013 from 6:00pm - 11:59pm (EST)

WHERE: Eucalyptus Gardens – 2430 NE 13 Ave. Wilton Manors, Florida 33181

WHY: GOE’s mission is to empower South Florida’s residents with culturally diverse experiences through food, wine and art festivals.

Taste of Africa’s goal is to enhance, educate, and create an awareness of the various aspects of African culture and cultural arts. Attendees and business owners will benefit greatly by sharing an intimate and first-hand view of the rich exhibition of African culture.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to, Save the Twinz, a non-profit, South Florida based organization established to create breast cancer awareness and stress the importance of early detection and prevention.
