GIG HARBOR, Wash. - Sept. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- MedTech National Inc. announced Monday its acquisition of the medical billing and practice management assets of Cylliance Inc. Cylliance pioneered the technologies that provide federally mandated HCIT technologies in the Cloud, offering complete practice management, revenue cycle management and electronic health records in a secure browser session.    The Affordable Healthcare Act requires that by October 2014 all healthcare providers be able to create and maintain secure and private Electronic Health Records (EHR) for each patient, and to create electronic records of treatment and invoicing that are compliant with version 10 of the International Classification of Disease Codes for diagnosis and treatment services, also known as ICD-10.
