Current Capital Management enters Port St. Lucie in a big way.

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. - Sept. 13, 2013 - PRLog -- Current Capital Management has entered the Port St. Lucie market with the the Port St Lucie Plaza.  CCM, led by its president Todd T Nepola have already submitted plans for the complete renovation of the 90,000 sq ft Dollar Genaral anchored center located at 7121 S US Highway 1.  The renovation will include an entirely new facade, parking lot upgrades as well as additional parking spaces, new energy efficient lighting and extensive landscaping additions.  Nepola expects the completion date to be late spring 2014.  Jacob Shprecher, VP of CCM will be the lead on this particular project.  Shprecher will also be meeting with several national retailers about leasing opportunities at the property.  In addition to Port St. Lucie plaza, CCM is looking to take over additional properties in the area.  CCM has properties from Cutler Bay Miami to Port St Lucie.  CCM has several new projects in the pipleline for re-tenanting as well as redevelopment.  CCM is exploring other projects at this time in the Melbourne area as well.
