Artcraft Health Education Becomes Silver Team Sponsor

FLEMINGTON, N.J. - Sept. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- Artcraft Health Education, is an official silver team sponsor of the 2013 Steps Together Charity 5K Walk/Run for the Steeplechase Cancer Center, located at the Somerset Medical Center.

Steps Together is a New Jersey-based charity that puts together community races that “pay it forward.” Runners in the race can either donate money to a specific family or have their money split for all of the families in need; additional donations will be given to support educational programs at the cancer center. This year Steps Together is organizing the Steeplechase Distance Walk/Run.

Employees from Artcraft Health Education will be participating in the Steps Together-sponsored Steeplechase Distance Walk/Run. They believe that together they can help educate and empower but also raise awareness and funds for a cause that is close to their hearts.

The race will take place throughout the scenic neighborhoods of Hillsborough NJ on September 29. All courses are USA Track and Field certified.

The fifth annual Steeplechase Distance Walk/Run will feature a 10K run, 5K run, 5K walk, and sprints for children ages 2-11.

The Steeplechase Distance Walk/Run encourages all participants to walk/run in honor of a loved one who has battled cancer. Last year’s race raised more than $172,000 for the Steeplechase Cancer Center, which specializes in breast, colon, rectal, lung, and prostate cancer.

Registration for the race will open up at 7:15 am at the Amsterdam School, 301 Amsterdam Drive in Hillsborough, NJ.
