Tommy Richardson to Serve as Chair of Liens Seminar for Arizona Trial Lawyers Association

PHOENIX - Sept. 12, 2013 - PRLog -- Tommy Richardson – an experienced personal injury attorney at the Phoenix law firm Friedl Richardson – has recently been selected by the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association to chair the Annual Liens Seminar in January of 2014. This will be the fifth consecutive year Attorney Richardson has held the honor of chairing the event. He has also been a member of the Board of Governors for the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association since 2009.

The Arizona Trial Lawyers Association is the largest organization of plaintiff’s attorneys in the state. Each year, the Association hold an event that features various legal seminars on the topic of liens. Attorneys can attend these seminars and receive Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits. Continuing legal education is a requirement that lawyers must meet in order to maintain their professional license to practice law.

The 2013 Liens Seminar – which was chaired by Mr. Richardson – was a successful event with an attendance of more than 200 attorneys. Featured topics included workers’ compensation liens, Medicare, and many other technical legal issues related to liens.
