Good results, quickly and in complete safety, with the best possible yield and great time and labour savings: these were Nilma’s aims when designing the Pioneer, Maxim and Boxer fast peelers.
With their compact size, these three appliances - all in 18/10 stainless steel - are designed to take up as little space as possible in relatively small premises, such as restaurant and fast food outlet kitchens, but can also be extremely useful aids in larger establishments such as institutional and food industry cooking centres.

Pioneer, carrots and potatoes peeled in 2 minutes
The Pioneer fast potato and carrot peeler, available in different models with varying capacity, is able to peel from 8 to 30 kg of vegetables in just 2 minutes.
Thanks to the specially shaped peeling disc and carborundum baffles, the abrasive action is applied evenly over the entire surface of the potato or carrot, for impressive reductions in processing waste.
Peeling time is set using a timer and the skins, removed immediately by a water jet, are collected in a stainless steel filter that can be removed together with the disc after use for trouble-free thorough cleaning.

Perfect onions with Maxim
Wouldn’t it be great to assign the toil of peeling onions to an appliance capable of dealing with up to 7 kg of them in just a few minutes? Maxim is the ideal onion peeler for professional kitchens needing to peel large quantities quickly and precisely. Onions are collected from the automatic feed hopper and peeled for the time set on the timer. The fine-grain abrasive disc ensures gentle cleaning with no damage, and a water jet removes the skins, which are trapped by the stainless steel filter.

With Boxer, garlic is ready in the twinkling of an eye
The fast garlic peeler is specially designed to perform one of the most unpleasant kitchen tasks quickly, gently and with minimal labour. Peeling garlic is no longer a nightmare: staff just open the heads by hand, load up to 5 kg of cloves into the appliance and Boxer does the rest! Skins and peel are quickly discharged and disposed of, and product hygiene is impeccable, because here again the abrasive disc is easily removed and washed.
