2nd annual “Diamond Dig” to benefit Dress for Success Southern Nevada

LAS VEGAS - Sept. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- LAS VEGAS (Sept. 11, 2013) – Next Thursday, Sept. 19, from 5 to 7 p.m., MJ Christensen (http://www.mjchristensen.com/) will again host a “Diamond Dig” at their Henderson store, 10400 S. Eastern Ave., to benefit Dress for Success Southern Nevada (http://www.dressforsuccesssouthernnevada.org), the local affiliate of the international non-profit that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support, and career development tools to help them thrive in work and life.

At the Diamond Dig, guests can buy “digs” or scoops from a special sand box filled with gemstones. Lucky “diggers” who find a gemstone in their scoop will win a corresponding prize, including prize packages offering hotel stays, spa treatments, show tickets and gift certificates to local restaurants like Todd’s Unique Dining, La Comida, Lagasse Stadium, Bonefish Grill and La Cave.

One lucky guest will win the grand prize, a pear shaped diamond pendant on a 14k white gold chain valued at over $1,650.
