NEW YORK - Sept. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- The LDCENY’S Sandy Relief efforts is coordinating a collaborative marketing campaign, entitled “WE’RE HERE,” promoting local businesses that were affected by Hurricane Sandy in Coney Island. These local businesses are offering an array of services and products. They’re open for business and look to bring vibrancy back to their community.   A sterling example of the resilient businesses participating in the Sandy Relief “We’re Here” Campaign is Totonno’s Pizzeria:

Totonno's Pizzeria: A symbol of resilience in Coney Island:
When we think of perseverance and spirit, Totonno's in Coney Island comes to mind.  A landmark business of 89 years, now in its third generation, was forcefully shutdown in 2009 for nearly a year due to a fire.  Recently affected by Hurricane Sandy in 2012 the business was forced yet again to close for nearly five months.

Totonno's is back in business, and they are a perfect example of endurance! That's why, the Sandy Relief program at the LDC of East New York congratulates Totonno's and salutes all the businesses in Coney Island that were affected by the storm, and promotes their message: "We're back. Shop local!  Support Coney Island businesses".

Please support the businesses that were affected by Hurricane Sandy in Coney Island.
