Brooke Howd Joins The Anderson Group Real Estate, Keller Williams Realty Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Sept. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- The Anderson Group proudly announces the addition of Brooke Howd as The Real Estate Team’s new Director of First Impressions.  Howd was previously a Leasing and Marketing Manager for Landmark Properties – Athens, Ga. in Knoxville, Tenn.

“Brooke is a great addition to our fast, growing Real Estate Team,” said Caroline Votta, a Real Estate Consultant with The Anderson Group.  “She is energetic and driven, and she has great work ethic.  She is passionate about real estate, and she passionate about our clients.  We are excited to have her on our team.”

In her new position, Howd is the first point of contact for The Anderson Group’s buyers.  She supports The Real Estate Team’s strong client base.  Howd oversees daily communications to ensure clients have the best experience possible.  Also, she manages and confirms the effectiveness of all systems and processes.

Howd most recently worked at Landmark Properties – Athens, Ga. in Knoxville, Tenn. as a Leasing and Marketing Manager.  She developed marketing campaigns and design advertisements for the property management company.  She was responsible for planning the allocation of funds for marketing budgets, too.  Howd created and managed the company’s social media accounts, including Facebook and Twitter.

She began working with Landmark Properties as a Marketing Intern in April 2011.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2012.

Howd, a native of Brentwood, Tenn., is excited to be back in Music City to fulfill her passion for real estate.
