Knowing that every day she had the opportunity to learn and grow gave Aurora the motivation she needed to be one of the top leaders in the office. Her biggest lesson learned was to never let anything go in vain.
Aurora states that being surrounded by family and friends unhappy with their everyday lives has pushed her even harder to prove that anyone, anywhere can make things happen. Achieving her goals was not always easy, when she has the slightest bit of doubt, she thinks of her son, Dante, along with her mother JoAnn. She thinks of all she has sacrificed over the last year and how much her mother has sacrificed to help her raise her son while she worked long hours.
Also, Aurora thinks of the great crew of people that she had the privilege of working with. Whether she was interviewing or just working along-side some of these great people she shared her goals and visions and always asked them to share theirs. In one way or another, she promised to help them realize and release their potential. She understood the importance of leading by example.
Aurora’s goals are to expand exponentially within the LBC organization and to one day become a business consultant. Aurora wants to move forward in helping to support any organization that supports early intervention as they has played a huge role in the development of her six year old son, Dante. Lastly she wants to start up an organization which helps underprivileged youth recognize/capitalize on their talents through athletics in her father's name.
Tacia, LBC's administrator has been working with Aurora for six months and has nothing but great things to say about her future:
"I see how committed her guys are to her. You can't buy loyalty, so I know the relationships are real. She's selfless and works harder than anyone I know. I'm excited to see her grow. I know she'll go far."
