HealthONE Announces New AIRLIFE Denver Assistant Vice President

Hollie Seeley brings long history of emergency department and nursing leadership to AIRLIFE Denver

DENVER - Sept. 10, 2013 - PRLog -- Today, HealthONE, the parent company of AIRLIFE Denver, a critical care transport service covering the Rocky Mountain Region, announced that Hollie Seeley will begin as Assistant Vice President (AVP) on September 23.

As AVP of AIRLIFE Denver, Seeley will provide leadership and operational management to the AIRLIFE Denver medical transport system, which includes multiple bases, and ground ambulance, helicopter and jet services covering a multi-state region. The scope of her responsibilities will include strategic planning, business development, community relations, regulatory and aviation compliance, assuring excellent patient care and satisfaction, and meeting safety standards. Seeley will also be in charge of the operational integration of clinical care, aviation, and dispatch/communications functions.

Prior to being named AVP of AIRLIFE Denver, Seeley was the Emergency and Trauma Services Director of Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center and Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children. While in this role, Seeley opened a new emergency department, led her team through numerous operational improvements, obtained a Level IV trauma certification, and attained patient satisfaction scores within the top 10 in the company. She was also a registered flight nurse for 10 years and worked as a nurse at Children’s Hospital Colorado, Denver Health Medical Center, and St. Joseph Hospital.

Seeley earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University and her Executive MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Colorado, Denver. She also completed the certificate program in International Healthcare Management at University of Colorado, Denver, which included a trip to Haiti where she wrote a strategic business plan for a hospital system.
