Lisa Lopes Foundation Hosts 2nd Annual Left Eye Music Festival

ATLANTA - Sept. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- ATLANTA, Ga.-- The Lisa Lopes Foundation proudly presents the 2nd Annual Left Eye Music Fest The event is being held at the Porter Sanford III Performing Arts Center 3181 Rainbow Dr. Decatur, GA 30034 on Sept. 28, 2013.

"Last year's Left Eye Music Fest was a huge success," says Reigndrop Lopes, younger sister of Lisa Lopes. "The Fest was such a positive event for the community, the Porter Sanford asked us to return this year."

The 1st Annual Left Eye Music Fest was hosted by the Pop group, OMG Girlz, along with a special guest appearance from Chilli of TLC. The Fest's itinerary included a kids concert and an tribute benefit concert, which featured a special tribute performance from Lefteye's sister Reigndrop Lopes.

The 2nd Annual Left Eye Music Fest will be hosted by actor Brad James, from Tyler Perry's For Better or Worse. Between the hours of 2p - 10p, families will have the opportunity to enjoy activities and games in the Fun Zone and products and food from the vendors. The LEMF 2013 will also feature two shows, the 'Oooohhh On the TLC TIP' Fan Showcase and the 'Tribute Benefit Concert'. Confirmed performers and special guests include the Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders, Reigndrop Lopes '1st Lady of HipRock', Que (formerly of Day26), Bliss (International artist), Sera Hill (The Voice), Torion Sellers (YMCMB), QT Jazz (new single 'Heels Bags' feat. Baby Doll of OMG Girlz), Dondria (So So Def), Ajiona Alexus ( The Rickey Smiley Show), Kylie, Sharon Conley, David Conley, RL from R&B group Next, D Fi Percussion Kings from the movie Drumline, and more.

A Lisa Lopes Tribute song is currently in the works as well. Major artist are attached to the project. The song is being produced by Multi-Platinum Billboard Winning Producer Andrew Lane. Talents include,  Reigndrop Lopes '1st Lady of HipRock', Grammy Winner Miguelo Valenzuelas Morales, Rapper Shawnna, R&B Legend Tony Terry, New Up and coming music artist Kimberly Jessy as well as others are attached to the new tribute single.
