BESI to Offer Continuing Education Hours at Building Envelope Training & Certification Conference

GAINESVILLE, Fla. - Sept. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Gainesville, FL – The Building Envelope Science Institute (BESI) will hold a training and certification conference on building envelope from October 20^th to 23^rd, 2013 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel located in Orlando, Florida.  BESI offers comprehensive training and certification for the assessment and inspection of building envelope issues, including but not limited to an overview of building envelope components, methods of testing for problems, and how to write a scope of work.

The BET-1 (Building Envelope Trained) and BEC-2 (Building Envelope Certified Inspector) courses are approved for continuing education hours. BET-1 is approved for 8 ASHI Continuing Education Credits. BEC-2 is approved for 16 ASHI Continuing Education Credits. BEC-2 is also approved for RIA continuing education credit by the Restoration Industry Association (RIA). Receive 20.5 hours for these courses. Additionally, this event contains 20.5 hours and may be eligible for ABIH CM credit. See ABIH web site for CM credit criteria.
