Lisa J. Piccolo, Senior Industry Manager, Life Sciences and Health Care with ACI, stated “ACI is proud and honored to bring the OTC industry the opportunity to hear from Judge Korman on a case which in essence upheld the tenants of the current OTC paradigm of self-diagnosis and self -care and also set the stage for the furtherance of the FDA’s NSURE initiative” Judge Korman’s presence together with that of FDA, FTC, NAD and the legal and regulatory “who’s who” of the OTC industry make this an essential gathering for legal and regulatory representatives for  non-prescription drug manufacturers.  The faculty not only includes the aforementioned key government authorities, but also has representatives from such leading OTC drug makers as Pfizer, Reckitt Benckiser, Novartis Consumer Health, GlaxoSmithKlein Consumer Healthcare, Colgate Palmolive, and Similisan in addition to key food and drug lawyers who specialize in this area of non-prescription drug products.”
