Wild Alaskan Salmon Gets a New ‘Roll’ In Genji Sushi’s Newest Feature Presentation

As a pillar of Genji Sushi’s mission statement, sustainability is a key factor in each Genji offering.  To build on this pledge, Genji is proud to introduce two new products featuring freshly caught wild Alaskan salmon.

The new offerings include a Wild Alaskan Salmon Roll and Salmon Omakase both featuring vibrant Alaskan salmon.  The Wild Alaskan Salmon roll includes cream cheese and  cucumbers and is coated with a baked salmon furikake spice while the Salmon Omakase truly emphasizes the rich salmon as a nigiri sampler platter paired with four pieces of the Wild Alaskan Salmon roll.  All items are prepared by Genji chefs at each location in order to deliver on their brand promise of premium, healthy, grab and go sushi.
