Móle builds on culinary success with launch of new tequila

“The tequila is named after my wife’s father. It’s a great artisanal product that comes from Mexico, just as Don Reyes did,” says Cervera, with a palpable sense of pride.

Produced in the Mexican state of Jalisco in the town of Arandas, the tequila industry’s nerve center, La Leyenda is made from hand-selected 100% Blue Agave, which The New York Times once called the VSOP of tequila. The agave is nurtured in Jalisco’s highlands and exposed to a bountiful microclimate that preserves its rich essence, yielding a bold and crisp tequila.

La Leyenda’s smooth and velvety texture blends seamlessly with its tempting hints of vanilla and strong agave notes, providing a premium experience for both the seasoned aficionado and curious beginner - the perfect complement to Móle’s mouth-watering dinner options.
