Wingspan Seminars is preparing for its newest venture, a Saturday television show, Conflict Corner TV, by welcoming Dr. Rick Holton and Velton Showell

MIAMI - Sept. 5, 2013 - PRLog -- In keeping with Wingspan’s mission, Conflict Corner Television’s team of professionals, Executive Resolutionists, will educate and help problem-solve some of the latest issues as they relate to families, youth and business.  The show’s format will revolve around a monthly theme topic i.e. domestic violence, youth addictions, sexism, sexual orientation and trauma survival.  Each 30 minute show will address, and then provide resolution strategies and techniques for conflicts in the home, school or business. The team also includes Ira Horowitz, Bonnie Glover, Marietta Castellanos, Hana Dolgin, Deborah Grossman and Priscilla Dames, CEO.

Dr. Richard Holton is a retired lieutenant and thirty-year veteran of the Miami-Dade Police Department. Rick specializes in leadership training with a  Doctoral Degree from Nova Southeastern University in the field of Organizational Leadership and specialization in Multi-Cultural Diversity and Conflict Resolution. Dr. Holton will facilitate Leadership: Enough is Enough and his dialogue will address, What legacy are we leaving the children?” a question asked by Dr. Bernice King during her visit to Miami recently.  The television guests include Former Commissioner  Katy Sorenson,  Mohammad Shakir, M-DC Asian Board, Robert Loupo, Executive Director, Safe Schools South Florida, Reinaldo Valdes, Community Relations Board, Vice Chairperson and Commissioner Dr. Erhabor Ighodaro.

Velton W. Showell III is a professionally certified trainer and award winning sales leader with over 25 years in the hospitality industry leading operations for Global Hyatt, Inter-Continental Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Hotels and Resorts. He most recently held the position of Director of Sales for Marriott International at the Doral Golf Resort & Spa. A graduate of Rutgers University (http://www.rutgers.edu/), he holds a BA in Economics and a Minor in Personnel and Human Resources Management.  Velton’s guests are Simon Bailey, CEO of the Brilliance Institute and Jemal Gibson, AstraZeneca, SE USA Sales Director.  Velton is the author of "Prospecting, the Key to Your Future Success", and CEO of Strategic Solutions, which is the month’s theme.
