Join Nutrition Services and Diabetes Education in coordination with Cardiac Rehabilitation and learn to cook nutritious, quick and easy recipes for the fall season!

Discuss how to cook healthy meals while staying on a fixed budget, discover how to cook healthy dishes that are flavorful and delicious and utilize produce in season and enjoy a cooking demonstration and sample dishes prepared at the event!

This demonstration will take place on Thursday, September 26, 2013, from 3-4:30pm in Dining Room A, located on the Heywood Hospital Campus.
