Lee & Associates Names Three New Shareholders in San Diego-North Office

Al Apuzzo, Marko Dragovic and Isaac Little have been named as shareholders
 
TORRANCE, Calif. - Sept. 3, 2013 - PRLog -- The San Diego-North office of Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country, has named Al Apuzzo, Marko Dragovic and Isaac Little as its newest company shareholders.

“Al, Marko and Isaac’s new shareholder positions embody the Lee business model: earning ownership in the firm through hard work, determination and excellent customer service,” said David Howard, president of the Lee & Associates’ San Diego-North office. “I know they will be great leaders for the company going forward.”

Specializing in land and retail properties throughout San Diego County and the Southwest, Apuzzo joined Lee & Associates in 2011 as a senior vice president. He has over 15 years of real estate and financing transactional experience with a background spanning all areas of brokerage including leasing, tax deferred exchange, asset management, consulting, project management, finance and development. He holds an MSBA in real estate from San Diego State University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champion.

Dragovic joined Lee & Associates in 2007 as an associate and specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial, R&D and office properties in San Diego County with a primary focus in North County. He has negotiated approximately $20 million in industrial transactions in the past year and exclusively represented over 750,000 square feet of property in San Diego. Dragovic holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Little joined Lee & Associates in 2005 as an associate and also specializes in the sales and leasing of industrial, R&D and office properties in San Diego County. He has closed over 750,000 square feet of industrial and office transactions in the past year and currently represents over one million square feet of property. Little holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
