Attorney Kyle N. Smith Added to Collins Einhorn Farrell General and Automobile Liability Group

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. - Sept. 3, 2013 - PRLog -- Southfield, Mich. – September 3, 2013 – Southfield-based Collins Einhorn Farrell (www.ceflawyers.com) announced attorney Kyle N. Smith has joined the firm’s General and Automobile Liability Practice Group.

Smith graduated from the Michigan State University College of Law, where he was captain of the Appellate Moot Court Team and awarded the Jurisprudence Achievement Award for receiving the highest grade in the mootcourt competition class.  He also holds a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University, where he played on the football team and was an Academic All-Big Ten selection his senior year.

The Novi resident will focus his practice on general and automobile liability defense litigation.  Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience in first- and third-party automobile liability defense.  He completed internships with the Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office, Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office and Washtenaw County Public Defender’s Office.

Smith was admitted to practice in the State of Michigan in 2012.
