Cincom Shows How to Leverage the Four Forces of IT Transformation at Microsoft APC

This year at the conference, Cincom launched the custom-built Customer Immersion Experience.

Microsoft partners at the event were reminded that now is the time to shift customers’ perceptions of Microsoft and invite them into the new world of IT.

“Addressing this shift was really the insight behind the Cincom Customer Immersion Experience (CIE),” explains Greg Mills, Country Manager Cincom Systems.

The Cincom CIE is a hands-on system where users can re-enact real-life business scenarios within the Microsoft productivity suite based on function and role. Cincom’s configuration, quoting and pricing technology is built in to show users how quick and easy it can be to configure complex quotes, proposals and products within the Microsoft environment.

“The four key trends Microsoft – and the greater IT industry – is focusing in on are social, cloud, business intelligence and mobility. The Cincom CIE allows partners and customers to see how all the Microsoft technologies can work together with our solutions to achieve an ultimately intuitive and productive workplace that embraces these trends and empowers businesses,” continues Mills.

The Cincom CIE was available at the Cincom stand for Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics CRM partners to learn more about Cincom’s ISV solutions and how they work with Microsoft. Post event the Cincom CIE will be available for partners to take out to customers on sales engagements.

“We still have ambitious plans for the Cincom CIE. This year we’ve had an enthusiastic response showing how Cincom’s solutions run with the Microsoft productivity stack and are eager to further develop the system into a real show stopper for extending Microsoft’s offering to the enterprise market,” says Mills.
