Sunstar Welcomes Commercial Property Manager Patrick Leung to join our Management Team

VANCOUVER, British Columbia - Sept. 1, 2013 - PRLog -- Sunstar Realty Ltd. is very excited to announce 20+ years real estate veteran Mr. Patrick Leung has just joined our management team.

Patrick got his Urban Land Economics degree from UBC, was an active RIBC member, and currently holds an associate broker license with Sunstar. He has over 20 years experience in commercial and residential real estate property management in Canada. Further, he amassed ten years of large scale mixed used development project management experience from working for various real estate developers in Beijing and Shanghai. He is now settling down back in Vancouver and is ready to help Sunstar kickstart our commercial portfolio. He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Patrick will help the Sunstar residential rental property management team expand into commercial leasing, commerical property management and multi-unit apartment buildings management.
