Pretty much every major news outlet had something to say about the Batfleck, and even a few celebs like Chris Rock and Joss Whedon tweeted their support for the new Caped Crusader.

The intensity of the reactions was such that a group of fans went as far as posting a petition on the White House website, requesting for President Obama to intervene.

Yet, in spite of all the memes, tweets, trending hashtags and comments spreading like wildfire around cyberspace, Ben Affleck has managed to keep mum so far.

Incredibly so, there have been no interviews or press conferences to let the public know about Ben Affleck's reaction to the uproar.  No embarrassing paparazzi snapshots, no exclusive reports, no appearances on Good Morning America or the Today Show, not even satellite pictures of the actor's whereabouts.
