Castro, an early adopter of eCommerce, quickly learned that resources and mentors were not easy to come by in the early internet days. “Everything I learned back then was from trial and error,” says Castro. “I am now able to share my experiences with others that are jumping in the digital space.”
Castro speaks on the goals for #LatinaGeeks. “Our long-term goal at #LatinaGeeks is to create partnerships that can provide successful resources and programs for Latina entrepreneurs. We are based in Los Angeles, but it’s only a matter of time before we expand worldwide.”
