COLUMBIA, S.C. - Aug. 28, 2013 - PRLog -- Cadillac recently ranked third among all luxury automotive brands in the 2013 China Customer Service Index (CSI) study released by J.D. Power Asian Pacific. Its score of 872/1,000 was 23 points above the segment average.

The CSI Study, now in its 13^th year, is designed to measure owner satisfaction. In order to qualify for the study participants must have owned their vehicles between 12 to 24 months must have visited an authorized dealer’s service department for maintenance or repair work during the past six months. The CSI focuses on five factors: service quality, service facility, vehicle pick-up, service advisor, and service initiation. The customer satisfaction score measures the performance of the dealers in meeting customers’ expectations of their aftersales experience.

Since entering the Chinese market in 2004 Cadillac continues to expand its array of services and lineup of models sold.  In the first seven months of 2013 sales in China rose 40.4 percent on an annual basis to 23,346 units due, in part, to Cadillac’s continue dedication to customer satisfaction.
