2013 Fall Journal Club featuring authors from the Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior

Beginning in September, the Society for Nutrition Education and Behavior launches a second semester of the JNEB Journal Club. Journal Club consists of weekly webinars featuring authors from the issues of Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior.

INDIANAPOLIS - Aug. 27, 2013 - PRLog -- Beginning in September, the Society for Nutrition Education and Behavior (SNEB) launches a second semester of the JNEB Journal Club. The Journal Club will consist of weekly webinars featuring authors from the latest issue of Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior. During the webinars the authors will review and discuss their research articles and students will have an opportunity to ask questions. Each one-hour webinar will be broadcast at 1 p.m. ET and available as a recording.

The series will focus on Schools and Nutrition: Environment, Interventions and Policy. The Journal Club is planning to present webinars by the following authors. Please register to attend at http://www.sneb.org/events/journalclub.html.

November 18: Electronic Media and Beverage Intake among U.S. High School Students by Zewditu Demissie, PhD, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

Journal Club is a member benefit so there is no charge for SNEB members to register. Non-members wishing to participate will be charged $25 per webinar. You will have the option of broadcasting the session live or the recording will be available for future viewing.
