Praise for God’s Provisions in Tough Times: 5 Stars on Amazon, 24 Reviews
While I was going through a tough time myself very recently, I was given a copy of this book. I was skeptical that it could personally uplift me or help increase my faith, and I wondered if it would be a trite collection of "it all turned out okay" stories. But story after story, I found myself not only enjoying the personal and honest accounts of faith and provision, but I also discovered that a peace settled on me. It was like a promise that if God took care of them, He would take care of me as well. The stories weren't trite at all but brazenly candid, written by people unafraid to show their weaknesses in order to show God's strength. I am so thankful for the way this book spoke to me in a very dark hour! ~ Amazon Review by ShopingLady
We think we have faith until the bank account drops to zero or the job disappears or the careful plans we laid become undone or circumstances way beyond our control put us on the brink of financial disaster. Where is God when this happens? Have we slipped into some crack where He can't see? If you're facing struggles of any kind, but particularly those that make you wonder how God will provide - you'll want the inspiration that can be found in these pages. Transparent, gut-level honest, no easy answers here but solid truth about God's willingness to come through - even if He does take His time. You'll be surprised whose story you find here and by this time next year - you may be ready to write your own chapter. ~ Amazon Review by Lori Roeleveld
