The Rent Rite Directory Launches Faster Application Process for Tenant Screening

DALLAS - Aug. 26, 2013 - PRLog -- The Rent Rite Directory (https://www.therrd.com/) Team is excited to announce the addition of the "Quick Application" form to their tenant screening process.

The RRD’s Business Development Director, Ryan Cauley was excited about transforming the feedback he’d received about the site, into changes and improvements. He noted that every client has different needs, and that they wanted to be able to address everyone:

“We listened to our customers, nationwide who range from large property management companies to smaller real estate businesses, and have decided to add the option to run either a quick application, or a detailed application on prospective tenants.”

This means that if a client needs an application run quickly (1-3 minutes) they have the option to run the “Quick Application” which only requires information needed to search for the reports through online records and databases. The “Detailed Application” includes more fields for information that are not used during the screening process, but that some clients want to store on the website for future reference. These fields include, for example: emergency contact, vehicle, and pet information. Clients can rest assured that both options will result in the same thorough reports they have come to trust with the Rent Rite Directory.

The Rent Rite Directory is well known for offering a free nationwide rental history database to individual landlords, realtors, and property management staff in an effort to share information among communities for further proactive growth. The database allows landlords and real estate professionals to trace tenants who have skipped out on their lease, been evicted, rented for unauthorized guests (drug dealers, sex offenders, sex traffickers, etc.), damaged property, violated their lease, and committed on-property crime.

The site change launched last week, and so far customers have been extremely receptive to the change, and appreciate the effort put forth in listening to their needs and wants.

The Rent Rite Directory is also excited about rolling out a new feature that gives clients the ability to re-run reports, if need be. There is now a quick and easy fix to any server issues, that while rare, every tenant screening company must adapt to. Clients will not have to input information all over again, they can simply click a button to save time and money.
