Aug. 23, 2013 - PRLog -- Hi there, Pat here, and I want to tell you about an eBook I recently used to help me with my weight loss plan called Customized Fat Loss (click here for its official site).  This was probably the tenth or eleventh dieting program I tried, and it was the first one which worked for me.  After having wasted so much time and money on programs that didn’t do the trick, it seemed like it was important for me to share my experiences with others and try to point other people in the direction of what did work. 

Why Customized Fat Loss?

What makes this particular dieting plan different?  Ask yourself about the other weight loss plans you have tried.  Were the diets uniquely made just for you?  Probably not.  I’m guessing most of the diets you have tried are directed at a vague audience of “people trying to lose weight.”  But are you “people” trying to lose weight, or one person?  It doesn’t make sense that your weight loss plan should be the same as that used by someone else.  I was 190-pound woman.  It didn’t make sense to me to use the same plan that a 280-pound man would use, or a woman much older than me or much younger than me, or one who works out a lot more or less than me, or has a different body type.  That’s why I was attracted to the word “customized” in the title of this product. 

The other thing which was reassuring to me about this product was that I recognized the name of the person who developed it.  I’m guessing you’ve heard of Kyle Leon, too.  He’s a well-known trainer who has helped athletes and others to lose weight and get fit.  Since Kyle Leon has a strong reputation, it seemed to me that the eBook which he created would be a high-quality product. 

The Program

You start out with a program that you are sent as part of the eBook package you purchase.  You input information about yourself, such as your age, weight, height, sex, body type, and your activity level.  Once the information is filled in, the program is able to generate a diet for you with customized meal plans.  That diet is tailored to your needs, and will be different from the diet given to someone else who has different data to input. 

That isn’t the end of the customization, though.  Don’t like some of the menu items or ingredients?  You can change them.  There is a huge database of thousands of food items, and the program will assist you in substituting new ingredients and recipes so that you are actually excited about the meal plan you end up with.  It is customized to your tastes as well as your needs.  You will get the same great nutrition as long as you substitute foods you don’t like with suitable replacements as indicated by the program.  The book is counterintuitive such as for example, pointing out the 4 healthy foods that you should never eat.

You get some cool bonuses along with the main part of the program (the customized diet plan and menus).  Customized Fat Loss Training, Customized Fat Loss Supplementation, and Peak in a Week are all great if you want start some new exercises.  Like the diet plan, the exercise plans are fully customizable.

How Much Did I Lose?

For the first few weeks, I didn’t really lose a lot of weight.  But I know that I couldn’t expect to.  I hadn’t been physically very active in a while, and had to get back into the swing of things, and also adjust to the new diet.  After about a month, I noticed I was a couple of pounds lighter.  A couple weeks after that, and another two pounds were gone.  By the end of month two, I had lost eight pounds total.  Not bad at all, considering how little success I had had with other dieting programs I had tried previously.

After six months of dieting, I dropped from 190 pounds to 150 pounds.  That was a huge deal to me.  I can’t tell you how nice it is to fit into my clothing again and look in the mirror and not see myself as pudgy.  Other people have noticed the weight loss too and have asked me how I did it.  That’s part of the reason I decided to write this review.  That way I can just point everyone toward my website and they can start using Customized Fat Loss too.

I think one of the reasons I did so much better with Customized Fat Loss, aside from the program just being better all around and the dietary suggestions making more sense, was that it was easier to keep up with.  I have always struggled with self-discipline, and it is hard to stick with a diet program you don’t like.  It was easier to be disciplined with this one since I actually enjoyed the food, and when I didn’t, I could just change it—without losing the benefit of the diet plan.  The exercise was more difficult to keep up with, but I’m so glad I did it.

The best diet plan you can possibly do is one that you can stick with and follow through on.  I think if you have trouble sticking to other diet plans, or don’t like diet plans that feel restrictive, you will like Customized Fat Loss.  If you stay disciplined and stay active and get plenty of exercise while you are following the meal plans, you should also achieve great results, like I did.  One more quick word of advice.  Customized Fat Loss can be a little overwhelming in the beginning.  Why?  There is a ton of information in this program.  Try not to get frustrated, though—after the initial reading (which is very insightful), you’ll get to the part where you structure your meal plan, and then it gets exciting as you start losing weight.  And then you’ll realize how much you learned reading as well.  Good luck losing weight with Customized Fat Loss, and enjoy a slimmer you!
