Jennings Volkswagen & Chevrolet Host BBQ Events for Charity

GLENVIEW, Ill. - Aug. 22, 2013 - PRLog -- At Jennings Chevrolet & Volkswagen their "Reputation Rides with You", and Jim & John Jennings are proof positive of that motto. Every Saturday, until the cold weather sets in, the Jennings will host a BBQ event at the dealership located at 241 Waukegan Rd., in Glenview, The Jennings will make a donation to a charity of their choice for every vehicle SOLD by the VW and Chevrolet stores, including pre-driven vehicles. 

The last BBQ event at Jennings, which benefitted the USO, which supports American troops and their families, raised over $2500. Jim & John Jennings were so pleased at the turn out that they decided to continue the BBQ charity event every Saturday as weather permits. 

Jennings Chevrolet & VW were named Glenview business of the year for 2012 for their continued contributions to the community & schools. Jennings is also rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau of Chicago and Northern Illinois. 

Each BBQ event is scheduled on Saturday from 11-4. No purchase necessary but donations are based on vehicles SOLD. Enjoy BBQ hamburgers, chicken, hotdogs and bratwurst, cold beverages and side dishes.
