Login People Joins F5’s Technology Alliance Programme

Through this partnership, Login People gains access to F5 technology solutions and additional resources to maximise the value of deploying the companies’ products together—Digital DNA Server and F5^® BIG-IP Access Policy Manager (http://www.f5.com/products/big-ip/big-ip-access-policy-manager/overview/)^® (APM^®). The joint solution will help secure access to SSL VPN networks and other access realms as a complement to the traditional “login/password” combination and user device recognition. The authentication server Digital DNA Server from Login People will complement F5’s BIG-IP APM by adding the capability for users to authenticate not only with what they know (login/password), but also with what they own (their computer, smartphone or USB key).

The Digital DNA Technology® from Login People can be integrated with F5’s BIG-IP APM to provide an end-to-end service from the authentication of the user to secure access via the gateway. Login People provides a unique technology that removes the complexity of existing strong authentication solutions (hardware token, OTP software token, smartcard, etc.). The integration of Digital DNA Server and BIG-IP APM will provide a unique user experience as authentication becomes more transparent to users (simpler and faster user experience). The technology also supports BYOD, as users can enroll their iOS or Android tablets or smartphone on-the-fly to be authenticated to their network.
