Key to restaurant efficiency and happy customers is the smooth operation of the vast range of appliances and equipment used throughout the restaurants, such as fridges, freezers and cookers, air conditioning units and lighting and the focal point of the restaurant, the conveyor belt. YO! Sushi employs a range of service and facilities management contractors to maintain these assets and managing the mixture of planned and reactive maintenance across a range of suppliers was proving to be very time intensive.
YO! Sushi went out to the market looking for a system that would improve the manageability and the visibility of its assets, its subcontractors and its planned and reactive maintenance and servicing.
