A Productive Summer of Promotions and Community Work for Enterprise Corp.

TOWSON, Md. - Aug. 20, 2013 - PRLog -- The company has been growing and promoting team members, and also giving back to the community. They have been working hard all year to ensure that their growth plans were met, and they have succeeded. Not only that, but they have provided assistance to three different community projects.

 

Encouraging Social Responsibility at Enterprise Corp.

On July 7^th, the Enterprise Corp. team worked absolutely free for the day, providing all of the profits that were made to Jessica Morgan. Jessica, who is one of their important and valued team members, was unfortunately diagnosed with cancer recently. With everybody working for free for an entire day, the team managed to pull together a massive $5,000 to help her with her treatment costs.

The team stepped up once again on July 20^th to get involved with a community charity event known as the Savage Race. This is a 5-mile obstacle course in which residents of the area participate. The Enterprise Corp. team did incredibly well and had a lot of fun, while providing awareness for local charities and organizations.

“These events are what make our jobs so rewarding,” said company owner Enrique recently. “Not only do we get to work with some great people, but our influence and reputation in the local community as professional marketing and lead generation specialists means that we will give back with ease. We use our local recognition to help provide money or support to local causes that could really do with our help. We absolutely love getting involved with these projects and look forward to helping even more causes throughout the years.”

 

A Summer of Expansion for Enterprise Corp.

The company also has a lot to celebrate when it comes to expansion. Recent growth has resulted in a number of promotions, too. On August 1^st the company moved to a larger office space. The previous location was outgrown, and the larger office has allowed Enterprise Corp. to provide its team members with appropriate space to work and meet in.

Meanwhile, the first on the list of promotions is Maggi Broderick, who was recently promoted to team leader. Maggi was only hired recently, on June 1^st, but her skills have shown that she is perfectly capable of moving up in the business. She bases her ability on her experiences at Loyola University where she studied International Business. She also learned about working in different environments when she taught English to children in Thailand for a year.

Erica Magnotto is next on the list, and she has also been promoted to team leader. Erica has been a dedicated worker since her arrival on the 10^th June this year. She currently balances her work very well with her studies at Towson University.

The final promotion to team leader is Robert Morgan, who also joined the team back in June. Since his joining, he has become an integral part of operations at Enterprise Corp. His high work ethic comes from his previous experience working with underprivileged children in Baltimore City for five years, and is well-liked in the office. His honesty, genuine attitude and caring nature makes him the perfect fit in Enterprise Corp., as the company embraces a friendly, responsive approach to leadership.

These new team leaders will now be managing and overseeing all campaign trainers and marketing and lead generation representatives within their teams. They will also be managing between three to five store campaigns between them. What’s more, they will conduct second round interviews for people applying to work with the team, as well as run meetings every day and attend important national leadership conferences.

 

USA 2013 Statistics Pave Way for Further Success

Enterprise Corp. is also looking forward to further successes. Their current accomplishments and expansion are paving the way for a boom in business, as statistics from the Home Improvement Research Institute show that the home improvement industry is on the rise yet again.

A recent study by the HIRI suggested that, continuing from 2012’s increase, spending on home improvement products and services will once again intensify by the end of 2013 and 2014. The study suggests that there will be a further 4% hike in spending by the end of this year, which outpaces GDP growth. This news comes as it is announced that the remodeling market will reach a massive $284.8 billion this year. 

With this in mind, it seems that Enterprise Corp. will have plenty of opportunities to work with established and emerging brands that are looking for quality lead generation and marketing solutions for their product lines. The company is already succeeding, and is gearing up for more. Company owner Enrique commented, “We’re definitely looking to work with new people over the coming years. We’ve already got a large clientele that’s generally quite diverse, but our teams are very capable. We have talented people working with us who will provide the home improvement clients with promotions based on specific industry knowledge, and with these promising figures, we see no reason why we cannot continue working with some of the most well known home improvement brands for years to come.
