•  Our Brooklynizer® mixes pure Brooklynized™ water with the finest flour to produce the dough that we then roll before your eyes into bagels. Our bagels are boiled in kettles of Brooklynized™ water until they are baked golden brown with a crunchy crust.
• Bagels are the foundation of our menu, which is full of New York favorites, including bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches, Corned Beef Reubens, authentic Brooklyn Pizza Melts, and sublime Scooper Melts.
