PRLog (Press Release)
- Aug. 20, 2013 - LA CANADA FLINTRIDGE, Calif. --
With the Los Angeles Internatinal Airport mandating that all commercial passanger shuttle buses and airport shuttle vans be powered by compressed natural gas by the year 2015 Fame Transportation is taking it a step further and converting all its fleet to compressed natural gas. In an effort to keep their rates below taxi prices Fame Transportation believes that this is a solution to high gas prices. With over 120,000 vehicles in United States running on CNG gas more fueling stations are now offering CNG as an alternative fuel.
As oil prices continue to rise and tougher emission laws being implemented Fame Transportation believes that changing to CNG will not only save on fuel costs but also help the environment. This is just one of the many things that Fame is leading the way by example in the airport shuttle and transportation industry. While other companies raise rates Fame Transportation seems to always be looking for ways to lower their rates.
