Belvoir enters record number of offices in ESTAs 2014

Belvoir Lettings, winner of the coveted Gold Award for Large Lettings Chain at the Estate & Letting Agent Awards (ESTAS) 2013, is keen to retain its title and proud to announce that a total of 23 Belvoir offices have entered the 2014 awards.

 

“Last year was the first time that Belvoir had ever entered the ESTAs as a national chain and we were absolutely delighted and honoured to win the Gold award,” says Belvoir CEO, Dorian Gonsalves. “We were also incredibly proud that six Belvoir offices won top awards at the ESTAS 2013, and we are keeping our fingers crossed for even more success at next year’s event.

 

“ESTAs are awards that are based on client feedback from online and postal questionnaires, which are then calculated into a score for each participating agent. Last year Belvoir achieved hundreds and hundreds of online reviews from our customers – the feedback was absolutely amazing.

We always encourage client feedback and recognise those offices that provide outstanding customer service at Belvoir’s annual awards.
