The book is divided into five main sections. The first section provides everything you need to know about working out with a partner. The second section reveals nutrition advice on how to improve one’s diet by making better food choices. The third section provides four warm ups to chose from. The fourth section includes five different partner workouts including, body weight partner workout, resistance band partner workout, medicine ball partner workout, abdominal partner workout and cardio partner workout.
When talking about why he believes this book is unique, Eric says, “there are countless books out there sharing workouts and nutrition tips, and many of them give similar rehashed advice. I wanted to provide people with the insights I wish I knew years ago. It took me years of research and experience in the arena of health and fitness to discover all of these partner exercises.
