Clarksville, IN --The Falls of the Ohio Foundation announces its 9th annual Rock the Rocks fund raising event scheduled for Saturday, September 21, from 6-10 p.m. at the Falls of the Ohio State Park Interpretive Center in Clarksville, Indiana.
This year’s event theme is A Tribute to The Beatles. “The theme celebrates the 50th anniversary of The Beatles on the Ed Sullivan show”, comments Diane Swank, The Falls of the Ohio Foundation President.
In keeping with this year’s theme, the event will feature Beatles music by The Rigby’s from 7-10 p.m. and jazz music by Jamey Aebersold Jazz from 6-7 p.m. Also included will be dinner by Terri Lynn’s Catering, Handcrafted Beers from The New Albanian Brewing Co., wine sampling by Chateau de Pique, tea tasting by Rooibee Red Tea Company, a bourbon tasting, silent auction, fossil bed hike, bird watching, and viewing of the Interpretive Center exhibits. The dress is casual. Tickets are $75 in advance and $100 the day of the event. A table of eight is $600.

Free overflow parking with shuttle service will be offered at the Clarksville Aquatic Center.

The Falls of the Ohio State Park Interpretive Center is open from 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Saturday and 1 pm - 5 pm Sunday. Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for children ages 2-18.
