Follow on Google News | Women's Indoor Football League Signs Coach Rick Reeder To Three-Year DealThe Women's Indoor Football League has announced the signing of Women's Football coach Rick Reeder as the newest head coach of the Baltimore Blitz.
By: www.wiflfootball.com Reeder has been tabbed by the Women's Indoor Football League to coach the Baltimore Blitz for the next three seasons. "I'm truly thankful to be giving the opportunity to coach again in Women's Football" says Reeder. "This is a growing sport for Women and I believe it will only get stronger. Before you know it - there will be Women's football in High Schools and Colleges. I'm really looking forward to Coaching the Baltimore Blitz Football Franchise." Reeder has coached semi-professional football for 6 years going 25-1 with the Frederick Outlaws of the ECFL where he helped guide the team to two championships. Reeder left the ECFL to coach the Baltimore Charm of the Lingerie Football League where he led the team to a 3-5 record over the last two seasons. Coach Reeder goes on to say, "Women's Football has the opportunity to be big only if the Ladies believe that they can go out on the field and prove themselves. The Coaches and Staff in the WIFL will pave that way for them, All they have to do is believe that they can do it." Coach Reeder and his staff will be running the upcoming Washington D.C. tryout when the new date is announced. It will be used to fill the rosters of the Blitz, Wildcats, and Rage. Reeder brings head coaching experience and football fundamentals to the Baltimore Blitz of the WIFL.
