Parker started PCWorkPros.com in 2008 in Oxnard, CA and Served the Ventura County Area as well as Lompoc.  At the same time he was working as a laptop/desktop repair technician at a national repair facility, and attending ITT Tech for Computer Networking, where he graduated from as valedictorian with an A.S. in Information Technology.  

He was the top producer at the repair company of over 100 repair technicians and fixed an average of 8 computers a day.  He worked on at least 20 computers a day.  He was awarded two times in a row at award ceremonies, and was the only tech to ever do so.  In his best month he fixed over 12 laptops per day for the entire month and in his best week he repaired 68 computers.

He later became the Network Training Instructor at Vandenberg and taught close to 100 airmen, civilians and contractors PC and PC troubleshooting techniques.  After the position was later de-scoped from the government, he became a PC tech on the base and worked there for another 2 years.

All through out this time he has worked on PCWorkPros.com as a side job and has now decided to make it a full time business.  PCWorkPros.com goal is to provide quality computer support to customers that won't break the bank.  Parker still maintains several customers from the Oxnard area that call him whenever they have computer related problems.
