CFA Announces Sale of P&L Foods, Inc. to Stuart Acquisition Corp.

LAGUNA HILLS, Calif. - Aug. 15, 2013 - PRLog -- Chicago, Illinois and Naples, Florida – July 12, 2013 - Corporate Finance Associates, Inc., an international investment banking services firm providing merger and acquisition, business valuation, capital resource and financial advisory services, is pleased to announce that it was the exclusive advisor to Naples, Florida based Stuart Acquisition Corp. in its acquisition of P&L Foods, Inc. and its operations under the “Stan’s Coffee Service” trade name. 

P&L Foods, Inc./Stan’s Coffee Service, founded in 1955 and based in Lehigh Acres, Florida, began as a family business providing locally roasted coffee and service equipment to a variety of businesses across Southern Florida.  As thebusiness grew, its customers requested a greater variety of products. Thus began the Company’s transition into a foodservice wholesaler and its membership in UniPro Foodservice, Inc. With a collective sales volume of over $60 billion, UniPro Foodservice, Inc. is the largest foodservice distribution cooperative in the United States. The company will retain its employees and continue its operations from its current facilities.
