The annual international conference hosted by the Exit Planning Institute is the premier event for exit planning professionals worldwide. The keynote speaker for the conference will be John K. Paglia PhD, MBA, CPA, CFA Director of the Pepperdine Private Capital Markets Project and Associate Professor of Finance at Pepperdine University.  Dr. Paglia, a former Julian Virtue and Denney Professorship recipient, is an associate professor of finance at the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University and directs the Pepperdine Private Capital Markets Project (http://bschool.pepperdine.edu/appliedresearch/research/pc...). He has a dozen years of university teaching experience in finance, has performed business valuations for privately-held companies, and has testified on economic damage and valuation matters.

Dr. Paglia will provide an outlook on capital availability, business valuations, transaction activity, and about recent trends in the private capital markets, their impacts on business owners, as well as the influences on the exit planning profession. These topics will undoubtedly influence the way in which your business should be handled and should not be missed!
