Because of this, competition is fierce for home buyers. Nearly 70% of the market is purchasing with cash making it virtually impossible for Buyers purchasing with financing to secure and close on a home.  Because of this intense competition, working with an agent who is committed to the entire process and has the knowledge and relationships to finish the job becomes imperative to Buyer clients looking in the Las Vegas area.  To showcase the competition, in Las Vegas there is currently only about a 30 day supply of homes on the market.  In other words, if not one more home came on the market, it would only take 30 days to sell out of the current inventory.  To top that, short sales have about a 1.5 week supply and bank owned homes are at about a 2 week supply.
