These programs are a great fit.” Through these sponsorships Wells Fargo will be the exclusive banking partner for LaunchPad2X, coaching and advising participants in the fall program and offering financial solutions and expertise to all participants. In addition, Wells Fargo will work hand in hand with Startup Atlanta to strengthen the startup ecosystem throughout the city and bring solutions to early stage business. There has been a recent groundswell of support for Atlanta’s entrepreneur community, and organizations and executives are focused on cultivating Atlanta as the next big technology and innovation hub. “Through the Startup Atlanta initiative the city is promoting engagement, interaction and the creation of new businesses and jobs,” explains Eloisa Klementich, chairman, Startup Atlanta. “We are grateful for Wells Fargo’s investment and actions to help build stronger and more successful companies.” Atlanta is a thriving region for start-ups and entrepreneurs, an economic growth engine for the city. Among the goals of the community is an objective to create an environment in Atlanta that cultivates all leaders, allowing them to flourish and be successful. “According to a recent report by Forbes, women are starting businesses at a faster pace yet are less likely to grow as quickly or receive outside funding than their male counterparts.
