Attorney Neysa Borkert Joins The Hagen Law Firm

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Aug. 14, 2013 - PRLog -- The Hagen Law Firm announces that Neysa J. Borkert has joined the firm in Fort Myers.  Her primary areas of practice include environmental, land use, local government, administrative and real estate law. Ms. Borkert represents clients in a variety of matters concerning the conveyance, entitlement and development of real property. She regularly appears in administrative hearings before local government entities to obtain zoning approvals such as variances, special exceptions, re-zonings and conditional use requests, along with code enforcement and permitting matters.

Ms. Borkert earned her law degree at the University Of Florida Levin College Of Law.  She joins the firm from Pavese Law Firm where she worked for more than 9 years as a land use and environmental permitting associate attorney.   She is a member of the American Bar Association, Lee County Bar Association, Lee County Land Use Bar Association and the Lee County Real Estate Investment Society. She has been a guest lecturer at Edison State College and has most recently presented to various planning organizations a discussion of the legalities and issues facing urban agriculture.
