Are You a Dodo or a Coyote? Randy Pennington to Speak at ALIGN

He is the owner of Pennington Performance Group, where he serves as an advisor, consultant and executive coach to leaders and their organizations in the areas of change leadership, building and sustaining results-focused cultures and strategy development.
